1. The service

AurumFind is a product of High Platform. It uses business context supplied by you to generate three possible digital product ideas for exploration.

2. Ideas are exploratory, not recommendations

AurumFind outputs are possibilities, not recommendations, validation, professional advice, forecasts, investment advice, legal advice, market-size claims or evidence that demand exists.

AI-generated material can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable. You are responsible for investigating an idea and deciding whether to rely on, test, build or commercialise it.

3. Information you submit

You are responsible for the information you submit and for having the right to use and share it. Do not submit confidential, personal, security-sensitive or proprietary information unless you are authorised to do so and it is appropriate for an AI-assisted exploration.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use AurumFind to attack the service, bypass access or payment controls, automate abusive requests, probe for secrets, interfere with other users, submit malicious code for execution, or facilitate unlawful or harmful activity.

High Platform may limit or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or payment integrity.

5. Free exploration

AurumFind may provide a free exploration. Free use is subject to fair-use and anti-abuse controls and may be limited where needed to prevent misuse, automated access or repeated free use.

6. Exploration credits

Additional explorations can be purchased as one-time credit packs. The currently offered packs are 1 exploration for £3, 3 for £7, and 10 for £15. The price shown at checkout is the controlling purchase price.

Credits do not expire under the current AurumFind credit policy. One credit is consumed only when a new exploration successfully returns its three product ideas. A failed AI generation does not consume a paid credit, and reopening a saved exploration does not use another credit.

Paid credits remain available until used or refunded. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back, the corresponding unused credits may be removed.

7. Refunds

If you purchase credits by mistake and have not used them, contact High Platform within 14 days of purchase and we will review the purchase for a refund. Credits already used for a successful exploration are not normally refundable, except where required by law.

If a payment is taken but credits are not added correctly, or a failed generation incorrectly consumes a paid credit, High Platform will correct the credit balance or refund the affected amount.

Refunds are currently handled manually through the payment processor. Account deletion is separate from the refund process, does not itself constitute a refund request and does not automatically issue a refund. Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Availability and changes

AurumFind depends on third-party infrastructure and AI services. The service may sometimes be slow, unavailable or unable to complete an exploration.

High Platform may change pricing, pack sizes, models, limits, features or these terms for future use.

9. Intellectual property and use of outputs

You retain your rights in the business information you submit. As between you and High Platform, you may use AurumFind exploration outputs for your own business purposes, subject to applicable law, third-party rights and any rights that may exist in source material you supplied.

AurumFind, its interface, branding, software and underlying service remain the property of High Platform and its licensors.

10. Account deletion

You can delete saved explorations individually or delete your AurumFind account. Account deletion removes the account and saved exploration content and cannot be undone.

De-identified payment/accounting and security records may be retained where needed for transaction integrity, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Any unused credits are removed when the account is deleted. Account deletion is not a refund request and does not trigger a refund.

11. Liability

AurumFind is intended to help generate starting points. To the extent permitted by law, High Platform is not responsible for business decisions, investments, product builds, losses or claims arising from treating an exploratory AI output as validated fact or professional advice.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
