1. Who is responsible
AurumFind is operated by High Platform. High Platform determines why and how personal information is used to operate AurumFind.
Privacy requests can be made through High Platform ↗.
2. Information AurumFind handles
AurumFind may handle questionnaire answers, generated product ideas, account email addresses, saved explorations, purchase and credit-ledger records, feedback and issue reports, and technical information used to secure the service.
Security information can include an anonymous visitor identifier, session information, rate-limit records and one-way hashed network identifiers used to reduce abuse.
3. Business and client information
The questionnaire is designed for representative business context. Do not include client names, case names, passwords, credentials, confidential personal information or information you do not have authority to share.
4. AI generation
When you request an exploration, the questionnaire context needed to generate the exploration is sent to an AI processing provider. That provider processes the context to return the three possible product ideas.
5. Accounts, email and payments
AurumFind uses third-party email infrastructure to deliver sign-in codes and a third-party payment processor to complete purchases.
AurumFind stores the account, purchase and credit-ledger records needed to recognise your account, add purchased credits, consume credits after successful generations and reconcile transactions.
6. Security and abuse prevention
AurumFind uses technical and organisational measures to reduce automated abuse, repeated free-use attempts, fraudulent activity and unauthorised access. Security records are designed to minimise direct identifiers where practical.
7. Why information is used
Information is used to provide requested explorations, maintain accounts and saved results, process and fulfil purchases, protect the service, respond to support requests, diagnose failures and maintain records needed to operate AurumFind.
Depending on the activity, High Platform relies on performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and legal obligations that apply to payment or business records.
8. Service providers and international processing
AurumFind uses service providers for AI processing, payment processing, authentication/email delivery, bot and security protection, hosting and database infrastructure.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, international transfers are handled using applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual and other safeguards permitted by data-protection law.
9. Retention and deletion
Saved explorations remain available until you delete them or your account. Account deletion removes the account and saved exploration content associated with it.
De-identified transaction/accounting records and limited security records may be retained where needed for payment integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations. Where a one-time free exploration has already been used, AurumFind may also retain a pseudonymous eligibility record after account deletion so deleting and recreating an account does not reset that one-time entitlement.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information. Contact High Platform if you want to exercise a privacy right.
You also have the right to complain to the UK data-protection supervisory authority.
11. Cookies and essential browser storage
AurumFind uses essential cookies and similar browser/session storage needed to recognise an anonymous visitor, authenticate an account and protect the service. AurumFind does not currently use advertising or non-essential analytics cookies.
More detail is available in the Cookies notice ↗.
12. Changes
This notice may change as AurumFind develops or its processing changes. The current version will be published on this page.
